March for Joy 31 / Wild Wolves

To mark the 8th anniversary of being cancer free I am drawing a picture a day throughout March of something that brings me joy and makes me grateful to still be alive.

In the 1600s the London Bill of Mortality listed many deaths from ‘Wolf’ - but this was not from the animal, but the name given to death from cancer, “…because if left to itself, ‘twill not quit them ‘till it has devoured them.” But we CAN beat this enemy, we can BE THE WOLF and fight back. This final drawing represents the hope that we need - when diagnosed, when in remission, and when loved ones are suffering.

Although each print is only £10, you can choose to pay £5, £10 or £15 more - all of which will go to Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust. Please dig deep to help raise money for this amazing lifesaving charity.
